Does anybody know if it’s legal to advertise a rental property as ‘adults only - no kids’?

I don’t have kids but it has annoyed me to the point of wanting to scratch my eyes out.

Presumably you can set whatever criteria you want to within reason. No smoking, no pets, no kids etc.

Not quite the same, but I've come across loads of campsites on my bike that are no kids.
