Just purchased the first thee episodes of the latest Handmaid's Tale series, were on Hulu last night

Enjoyed Resident Alien over the weekend.

Started watching it last night.

Good to see Alan Tudyk reprising his role as Alan Tudyk from the Alan Tudyk show.

It's enjoyable enough though.

I realise it's currently a treasonable offence, but Line of Duty isn't that good is it? Messy, drawn out storyline and unconvincing acting. Fell asleep in at least 3 episodes. I seem to remember the first few series being ok.

LOD has been enjoyably watchable if you’re prepared to overlook some of the more ridiculous plotlines, but it’s hardly Sopranos, The Wire or Breaking Bad. I’ve probably fallen asleep during slower moments of all of them FWIW.

Regardless of how you think it was wrapped up, there have been some memorable moments over the years. I can’t remember a British drama getting people talking like that.

Just finished Zerozerozero, what a great piece of television. Well cast, beautifully shot, ace Mogwai soundtrack, compelling story, great way to inhale over a bank holiday.
The scenery of Calabria was amazing, must be incredible to cycle

I just watched the first episode of Invincible on Amazon Prime. Holy shit!

Finished the Falcon and the Winter Soldier. It was average. Seemed more of a set up for future films with a bit of clumsy social narrative.

For half an hour on a Friday night before going to bed, I quite enjoyed it. The story wasn't anything that you couldn't have predicted and, yes, I think it's foreshadowing either some of the stuff in the phase 4 movies or even phase 5.

Ruining my Friday night thing though is that Loki will be a Wednesday release.

It was an enjoyable enough watch but just a bit bog standard.

I didn't even know there was a Loki series coming out, Marvel studios must have a pretty hefty budget.

There's 11 more Marvel TV series in production and 7 Star Wars ones. Disney is really committed to their streaming content.

Binged the rest of it. Definately the best thing I've seen this year.
