Totally agree the stretch Velcro piece Is a bad design the boa is a good idea for a problem that didnt exist . Wide velcro or that buckle 👆. A bright inside colour would also be a good idea.

yeh getting hold of a boa cartridge seems to be a little confusing - you can order spare parts but they seem to be shoe/application specific.

That's the same one I have, it needs a safety pin through the strap after the buckle to stop it loosening.

Funnily enough just in the middle of making some more with different buckles. It took a couple weeks for them to arrive but a few people wanted to wait for these.

I have some more of these and fun coloured fabric if anyone else is interested.

I ordered one the other day, it's here and fitted. Nice work. Really useful size, takes what I'd need on the road bike without cramming it in and will be useful for MTB kit/tubes etc also. 'rated, would buy again'
