Wanted: Beater bits, 9 speed rear mech, headset spacers, stem, bar

Booga

Bits wanted for a beater commuter build, appearance not important, preferably cheap please. I'm in Oxfordshire so will probably have to post:

Shimano 9 speed 32T compatible rear mech
headset spacers
80mm (or possibly shorter) ahead stem
flat bar (not riser)

I have:
Dedo zero 1 - 70mm 31.6mm clamp/ 1. 1/8 steerer
31.8mm band FD-443, pretty much the same as the 453, only difference been it can handle 42 and 52T middle/outer rings, the 453 is supposed to only be able to do a 39 (usual Shimano conservative numbers). It works with 8/9 and earlier 10 speed left/front flat bar road shifters.
I've got some 1 1/8" coloured plastic spacers, possibly some alloy ones, If you buy the stem or FD I could lob a couple of those in the packet.

Got flat bars and stem in all black I can post for £10? Stem is 80mm. Grips included if I can save them and think I have spacers I can throw in too. Cheers. T

I have a ultegra 6600 GS. Bear in mind it's rated for 28t max, but I have been using it for 32t. You can have it for £30
