Nice! Probably been 6-7 years since I've ridden over it now. Will have to try and get over later in the year.

Close, it's the Restrap version. Think it's just called the 'bar pack'.

When was that? It's fucking minging this side of the Pennines.

It was yesterday about 9:30, before it got grim here too. This is Wetherby red kite trail btw. Worth a look if you're this side of Leeds.

I was a dirty southerner until earlier in the year when I passed half my life up here, I think that's how it works.
-
• #18847
Ah cheers, reckon I've done bits of this before but looks like there's some other good bits to try!

I've been meaning to go for ages, went on Saturday and ran out of time so went back again yesterday and did it both directions. It's surprisingly gnarly in bits but well manageable on drop bars. Some decent climbs and descents. Just get ther early to avoid the dogs/horses.

I've now lived as long out of Wales as I did in Wales, most of that in Yorkshire bar a couple of years in that there London. When can I properly claim to be 'from' here?

I reckon as soon as you call it home yourself because I'm pro immigrant, but as a much harsher internal UK method, changing your definition of lunch, dinner and tea to the local definition or spending half your life, despite being a child for most of the first part should probably count.
"it's been resurfaced" is the lie I told everyone.
It's had lots of work done last year on boggy bits so I've been told. It's 90% rideable
