Need a longer stem and a different canti hanger for the back but this is a lot of fun. Wish I had done something about the front canti bosses before getting it powder coated though. 65mm between the posts is really limiting brake wise

Nice! How do you find the tyres? I just ordered a set for general commuting / road / canal path riding, and I can't decide if I should have gone for 43s instead.

They seem good! Look good at least, I haven't exactly put them through their paces. I'm not quite sure what pressure I should be using either

Has anyone coke can shimmed a 1 inch fork for a 1 1/8" stem? So shimming up 3.175mm. It's a 1 inch hylix carbon fork.

I have one of these on another bike so I could use it as a guide for cutting a few layers and stacking them.

It's pricy to ship the above so if I can circumvent then happy days but feels like it could be a bodge too far. No one has any locally.

Yeah I've used these before, never had any issue with it. Wouldn't bother with the risk of a coke can shim for that thickness, more trouble than it's worth.

in need of a large stack of headset spacers preferably in black and definitely without logos. Does anyone do silly lengths like 5 or 10cm that doesn’t take an eternity to arrive?

For what? Putting that much between the headset and the stem is questionable

OK, so why be fussy about colour/no logo? Anyway, your local Decathlon should have 33mm packs for £3.99 if you fancy going to a shop, and Amazon has 50mm packs for £3.40 which they will deliver tomorrow if you order now.
