Small craft brewers are struggling to find manpower. “We had not thought that we would need to be back up at full production so quickly,” said Evin O’Riordan, founder of London’s Kernel Brewery, while Jack Hobday, co-founder of Anspach & Hobday craft brewery, said: “There’s real pressure on the brewing team to find a bit of extra capacity.”
