I replaced the front rim as the brake surface was shot to bits. It was a Weinmann 27 1 1/4 and the new one is exactly the same.
Great rim I highly recommend it.
Spokes are 1.8mm/1.6mm double butted 300mm.
I will take some photos tomorrow of the full build as I think it's ready to go.
Though I still need some butterfly nuts for the mudguards
