Whilst the content may not have aged well, you do have to admire the apparent self-awareness of the tagline on the issue with the white Cossie.

It is brilliant.
If you can afford it, it is probably/possibly the only car worth considering in that price bracket. Even with petrol alternatives. -

It looks amazing, although not sure on the practical side how much boot space it has vs your e-class.

The Taycan is fugly. #changemymind

I'd finance it, as is the modern way, and apparently "the finance calculator is not available for this model", but I'd be looking at around £95,000 for the car so I imagine it'd be a fair amount per month.

Yeah maybe. Disappointingly, but perhaps unsurprisingly, I've seen customer data and the environment is not high up on the list of priorities. But that's true for other brands and models too. Also display of wealth through vehicle ownership is hardly a limited concept.

Glistening like a wet otter after fixing all the stone chips, painting the wiper arms and a few good hours of cleaning inside and out. Keep telling myself enough is enough but I know I won’t be able to stay away from the headlights. Especially having seen @golgol ‘s recent effort! I also ordered a new head badge. Feels good to own an Italian sports car, I’m 43 after all so about time.

The Harry’s Garage on this tells you some good stuff. Tax fuckery and whatnot.

U wot m9? It’s awesome!

I think the estate is better than the saloon but I really feel Merc are the only German brand to have kept their shit together with styling.

The EQA/C parked round the corner suggests otherwise.
And the new interior is just horrifically ugly. -

Point taken. That is legop.

I may have fixed my E63 seat- with a rolled up wheel bag. Said item provided the lumbar support that the (expensive, optional extra on an already expensive luxury car) simply don’t have. I have now ordered a £15 lumbar pillow from Amazon to see if that resolves it completely, and if it does I’ll have the seat modified properly.

Indeed. Apparently it has as much boot space as a Golf. I am somewhat underwhelmed by that.

Looks like a toad crouching to curl one out.

I believe we need to see a profile as to why Porsche should never have made a 4 door.

Very nice. I wonder if Cath Kidston does steering wheel covers.

The front lights look like the US imported E types when they weren’t aero like the original and can’t see why they made them like that

Agreed. The Panamera being the unfucked version...
Even though 4 door.

I think the estate version works better as a design.
Today’s score from the auto jumble, 1996/7 issues. The classifieds are full of absolute belters, the editorial content is wonderful nonsense. Perfect material for the shitter (reading, not wiping).
