We have a small summerhouse in Andkær Vig next to Munkebjerg forest just outside of Vejle. Pretty dramatic landscape around Vejle Fjord makes for good photos and awesome cycling.

I got some routes on rwgps and komoot if you fancy

I'll take you up on that if I ever visit that part of the country, it certainly looks very tempting.
