I was having the exact same issue deciding between the different depth bora wtos.
In the end I went for the 60s because a) they were a fair bit cheaper, b) they’re faster and I need all the help I can get, and c) almost all the reviews I could find were on the 60s. But tbh, I reckon I would be happy with any of them and they all look fab on skinny steel tubes.
As has been said already, low profile carbon rims is a definite vibe.

I'm starting a build on a Wilier Superleggera - really torn on wheels. My choices (for various reasons) are between a Bora 45 and a Bora 33.
Has anyone got a picture of a deep section on a steel bike with slim tubing?
