How do you build stress relief into a wheel?

We all build stress into wheels, good builders relieve bending loads in the spokes before giving the wheels to the end user. Obviously, failure to stress-relieve is unlikely to be the issue on your wheels with their straight-pull spokes 🙂

Got it, ta. So presumably the issue is residual spoke wind up? Sorry, wheelbuilding luddite so thanks for holding my hand.
