I really want those tyres...what size are those buggers?
Imma say 27.5 X 2.8

There's a 60-622 (29 X 2.35) version of G-One Speed.

Ah, G-One Allround
https://bikepacking.com/gear/schwalbe-g-one-allround/
2021 update: This year, it appears that the 27.5×2.8in version of the G-One Allround is only available in the heavier, DD/RaceGuard/TLE version (11600953.01), with a claimed weight of 850g. While this is significantly more than the LiteSkin version I tried, I imagine it’s still a very capable, general use tire that’s lighter than most other options on the market.
27.5 x 70mm = no chance for the Tripster so I'm going to have to build another bike just to use them...

11 are oil bath, 5, 7 and 8 are greased with white grease.
I just saw that on an fb page but looks like a well abused greased model.

I see. That's my "learn something every day" done then.
The only hub gear I've ever interacted with was 3-speed Sturmey Archer things from the 70s :)

Personally I find the only hub gear that is truly fit for purpose beyond commuting and leisure use is Rohloff, they’re just another level.

What was that Ryan Duzer guy using on his TD route ride? I think he had crankset gearbox thing built into his bike not hub gears. All the tourers seem to rate Rohloff although I think maybe Mark Beaumount broke one quite early in his first around the world trip? Maybe someone else. My cycling anecdotes are pretty mashed.

You’ve really gone down in my estimations.

Mark Beaumount broke one quite early in his first around the world trip
I think it was the wheel build which was at fault there, something wrong with the tension and spokes were breaking.

Ah ok, not the hub itself. It was a long while ago I read that. I wasn't 100% it was even him.

The gap?

Does this count as Gravel.. 1991 Peugeot Raider.. 1 x 6.. excuse the chain length.. I hadn't decided what rings I was going to run..

Yes! Mostly rideable up but a fair bit of pushing back down the other side :(

Just buy a mountain bike already.

Did they spell Aggro wrong on the tyres? How unfortunate
-
• #18770
It means grip or grab in Spanish
Not Agro
-
• #18771
Stick them on a carrera with a cambian.
-
• #18772
I wonder how they handle curvas
"curva" is a pisser for us when watching Italian and Spanish commentary because it sounds like 'kurwa' which in Polish is something else entirely.

Truly visually unpleasant. Also untrendy clearances, surely
-
• #18774
Belongs on Instagram or in the bin. Unridable.

According to 3T it will clear 61mm, but those seem a little tight.
Dafuq is going on with that skewer?
Also, I really want those tyres. G-One but what size are those buggers? They look massive.
