I had this the other day. There was enough flex when actually riding that the crank hit the chainstay. Switched to a slightly wider BB.
Too tight?
Ride it and see. Frame stiffness and to some extent riding style will determine whether the crank and chainstay bend enough to meet in the middle
And how do I solve it
Hammer the chainstay or file the crank 😃
If you're going to the bother of posting here, with a photo, you already know the answer.
Put some helitape on the chainstay, and go sprint up a hill.
