corsodyl mouthwash, its a necessary evil when i get mouth ulcers, but it nukes my mouth for 24 hours, tongue is numb and sense of taste hugely compromised

I find the superdrug own brand much better. Gets the job done without destroying your mouth as badly!
Also, just in case you didn't already know (I'm sure you do), a lot of mouth ulcers are caused by a vitamin B deficiency so smashing a couple of Beroccas helps.

Interesting. I get ulcers a lot (seem to get them more when I’m stressed. Which is always at the moment!).
