Say 'drivers', not 'cars': it's the people in inside the boxes that do the stuff

Pretty sure any news article on a collision involving a driverless car will be sure to include that info, and probably in the title. But still will not blame a human.

Collision involving driver = Cars fault
Collision involving no driver = Technologies fault
