Not a great start to his race, 51 seconds down on Dennis, probably close to last place currently.

Too late

Reminds me of the Laurie Andersen outro to ITV’s TdF coverage last year when Superman won a stage. I do miss Imlach.

Ganna only fifth!! Didn’t expect that.
Dennis looks much better these days. His hands are finally a bit higher/head a bit lower. He had a massive gap for a lot of his career and I struggled to work out how he was going so fast, even when he was crushing every TT going. @xavierdisley what are your thoughts?

This, by comparison, looked a bit gappy compared to lots of other guys.
As a caveat, I’d love to look to like this on a bike.

That's clearly approaching a turn/junction.

Remember most photos are taken at places where riders will be going slower. On closed road courses these
cheatspros can also get away with dipping their heads quite often. -

Seep Kuss wearing some sort of COVID / fish bowl time trial helmet .... guessing Lazsr don’t want to use Roglic as the test model any more

Dennis on a new front wheel too

Ganna only the fourth best Ineos rider in a TT. When did that last happen?
-
• #33189
130th (out of a field of 140) on the stage.

Jeez, not great. Doesn't seem like he's improving?

• #33191
Is that today? Different kit to the pic I posted from cycling news.

Hmmm. Fair point. Still think he’d benefit from an internet bike fit from some guys on a forum.

They posted it in their live coverage feed. Geraint also had the deep wheel but Ganna didn't, haven't seen Porte setup yet.

The pic you posted was from today. The one I posted must have been a stock image.

No doubt. I've got loads of tips for him.. :)

Aerocoach Aeox Titan I think. Jumbo have been running the disc brake version in most of the TTs this season. Porte and Ganna on the Princeton wavy wheel today.
-

Looks like Jumbo were on something shallower than the Titan today, could be the Aerocoach Zephyr.
Props to @xavierdisley for making such a fast wheel.
Also great to see Wattshop extensions and armrests being used too.

Thanks - although I was more involved in the Zephyr (our 78mm wheel) rather than the Titan 100mm. I did the calcs/scripts for the Zephyr to get it to handle like a wheel half its depth without sacrificing the aero, but Andy (head of engineering) did all the design and analysis work on the Titan along with our other flagship stuff. He's our secret weapon and heaven help us if something happens to him.

Autocorrect gone rogue or scandal in the making?
Great ride, less than 8 seconds down on Bisseger.
