Thanks! I didn't explain it very well, but yes you're right, the stays are upside down. I kind of liked the line they make with the same angle as the eye-bearing/pivot plate that separates the fork segments anyway. One of the stays on the rack is slightly precarious so I may end up having to replace it anyway one day. Also hoping to build some kind of Decaleur that will serve a barbag on that rack.
No worries, I understood. It's quite a peculiar rack too. It fits well with the brakes aesthetically imho and shouldn't be too hard to expand or modify I guess.
