The revive project is on hold for now, last year I became a father and now my wife really wants an e-bike too. For that I'm going to use the Bafang motor of the revive and I ordered a new rack+battery to put on her Batavus.
Postage of the new battery takes ages, I needed some new projects while waiting so yesterday I bought two bikes. A Gazelle Giro just to make so money with and this cheap peugeot 'mtb'

And last project for now: a Giant Revive i'm turning into a speed pedelec ;) It's already working, next up is to take the cables out of sight and maybe paint or plastidip the whole thing black. Oh and it needs better brakes :D
