• So I want to build a coaster wheel for a 130 mm frame.

    The hub is a 110 mm OLN Shimano CB-E110. The standard axle is 150 mm, I'll take it out and replace it with a 180 mm axle. I'll add 15 mm of spacers on the NDS and 5 mm on the DS. This will help with the chainline. This means I'll need to dish the wheel towards the NDS right?

  • If you're building it from scratch you just what you do for most normal frames, which is make sure there is no dish.

    Yes, centre to flange ends up at 20mmL/30mmR, not worse than many front disc hubs.

    The torque arm being 15mm further inboard of the dropout face than God and Shimano intended seems like a bigger problem.
