The sound is the same with or without the freehub engaged and doesn’t change during engagement. Also the freehub bearings were changed about four weeks ago. I’ve removed the cassette and freehub and can’t see where anything could be rubbing to cause the friction that would make that sound.

If spoke tension is good, fair enough. Otherwise I might suggest the rubbing between spokes where they cross, although that's more of a "creak" than a "squeak".

I’ve had similar after washing a bike once, inexplicable squeaking when ridden, previously perfectly functioning Novatec sealed bearing hub.
Turned out to be the hub seals that had dried out after being washed and were causing friction. Slipped a bit of thin chain lube in between the end cap, all good since.
