It was chilly this morning, no? Must have been a degree above 0, more or less. NE wind was biting as well....
...but clearly NOT COLD ENOUGH for the group of SWIMMERS - in beachwear, not wetsuits - splashing into the Thames at 7am in Wallingford. Mind boggling.
