I too have very weird feet - even the insole fitter agreed lol... I maintain that there are likely to be a pair of shoes out there that will prevent both your toes touching the end and your heels slipping. I had to increase my budget ultimately, but it was worth it. It can be difficult if ordering online, so go to a shop if you can and try on lots of different types - it will become much clearer to you what feels right and what doesn't. Highly recommend Condor and Sigma Sports for selection :)
