It looks like the TPU seal has come unbonded - I'm not sure how successful a normal repair would be.
You could either get it sewn through, which would mean it is no longer 100% watertight (but it is unlikely much water would get in) or you could attempt to glue it on, but I think that would likely fail.
Have you tried contacting Seal Line?
