This one will still sell loads though. But yeah, between this and the other recent releases, it's clear Ive has left the building. -

So you can get speakers facing directly forward by the looks of things.
edit, oh, and all the internals live there. All of them. Everything above is just screen.
I guess they thought the chin, and presumably the sound quality it makes viable - was preferable to a deeper chassis and no chin. Shrug.

New iMac looks bloody hideous with the chin (why the chin still?!), the white screen bezel and stupid curved-corners keyboard. Bring back Jonny Ive!
I hope that this toy version doesn’t end up sharing its design with the inevitable larger-screened ‘Pro’ edition.
