Yeah I think so. At least I've paid postage for non faulty returns a bunch of times and never questioned it. It's probably covered in the distance selling regulations or whatever they've been superseded with if they have been superseded.

If it's in their terms and conditions then it's fine. If it doesn't say then technically the seller should.

Is it legal for an online seller to charge postage for refunds if the buyer has changed their mind (item not faulty)
