  • Wow, that's a really nice frame, and a great build. Would love to have this if I could. Oldish 853 MTBs make awesome everything-bikes.

    EDIT out comment about brazing

  • are the mudguards included in the sale?

  • I am 183cm and would like to ride it with a more conventional stem/bar set up, do you think it could work?

  • Lovely frame!

  • I was unsure about it being fillet brazed or TIG welded too! But I messaged frame builder I know and he assured me that it's filled brazed. I am confused...

  • I believe it would. My friend is 184cm with long legs. I am 184cm too but I would have to lower the seat height by 2-3cm to ride it comfortably.

Yes, it comes with the mudguard.

  • Link is not working bro. Interested to see what's in it

  • Oh my mistake, perhaps looking on a phone wasn't the best idea. Guess they can look like that if unfiled.

  • *Edit.. undib'd

  • 2nd dibs and 183cm

  • Anyone interested to see the bike, pelase get in touch via PM

@goosenoose I don't know to be honest. My guess would be that someone between 178-184 would fit the best on this bike. But it greatly depends on the cockpit set up imho

  • @remrak, thanks. Relinquish my dibs to @JuanSock then. Enjoy!

  • 2nd dibs pending question! PM sent.

  • Fixed the link, definitely fillet brazed! Sweet

  • this is so nice!

  • All PMs replied. The bike is potentially sold. Many thanks LFGSS people!

  • First dibs pulled out after paying deposit upfront. So the bike is back for sale and I'll get in touch with those who showed the interest.

  • Damn this is a fantastic bike! glws

  • Dib'd - if still available.

  • I think I sold this back in the day - good to see it's still on the forum!
Might be interested in buying it back if recent dibs fall through. Cheers

  • It came with brown tyres I remember :) Was it you who sold it to me/my friend? The bike is still available if anyone is keen to view it please don't hesitate to get in touch.

  • Bump please - £490
