I read that about the women's race having more viewers but it was misleading reporting i think. they showed 3 hours of the men's race and only 1 hour of the women's. the stat they reported was average over the duration. not many would have watched the full 3 hours.
they also reported the number of people that had watched each race at all and there were loads more for the men's.
suggests to me that they should have shown more of the women's race and less of the men's. (ie. more than 1 hour for women and less than 3 hours for men.) It might have been tricky since it was all on a circuit in this case though.

I guess more British people might have watched AGR men’s because Pidcock was a contender?
