Better brains; I'm tempted to run Ultegra R8000 shifters/long cage rear mech with Deore cassette for a 1 x setup using a Middleburn RO2 chainset. Is it wrong/will it work? Any opinions on a new Ro2 chainste/crankset also gratefully received. I'd run it with a 48 chainring, ideally a Specialities TA Syrius but thats not set.... Yours sincerely, etc etc
