That's a beauty for a pub bike - I'd be really interested potentially for £25! Claud is already a bit of a stretch to the bars at 54cm, though I intend to go with flat bars so with the right choice it may not be as much of an issue. I have 32" inseam which shouldn't be any issue at all with this frame size. Let me have a think for a few hours and I'll get back to you.

If only you were an inch taller, I'd offer you this for £25, just because I liked your Claude build
