It's bullshit.

The whole stuff in the States is due to 'bathtub' cannabis oil vaping. Stick with proper 'food quality' flavours, pharmaceutical PG and VG and a reliable source of pharmaceutical nicotine and you'll be fine.

The NHS would subscribe vaping if they could but as it doesn't need clinical trials they can't officially.

I am experimenting with nicorette lozenges for the nic hit.
Had a chat with my pharmacist as whether vaping or gum/lozenges is better. His view was that so long as you stay of fags either will do.

not a lot has changed to be honest, the good tanks are still good but I've been happy with my setup so haven't done a lot of research. I still use a Innokin Zenith tank on a Aspire Puxos 21700 mod which is lightweight and lasts all day, but the Kroma also looks good https://www.innokin.com/kroma-z

Never stopped smoking tbh. Ended up using the vape indoors and then smoking outside, not ideal. I smoke very few (sub 5) Rollie's a day now and it was never really about health, more the smell and cost. I smoke other things so always had baccy, and vaping was starting to become an unwanted and spendy hobby.

Does anyone vape dry herbs? I’ve recently been introduced to the storz and bickel mighty to vape cbd weed (legal in the EU) . It’s really good! Also been reading about people vaping high grade camomile flowers so will try that too.

Bit of a dredge but anyone got vaping advice?

Wife and I have quit smoking and are using the elfbars. It's going well but want a more sustainable and if possible less sweet alternative.
