That's what I thought, so is it a compatible stem or did you modified it to make it compatible?
I'm having a project of a vintage French bike and I'm curious.

it's a compatible stem and strange enough it can also fit nitto jaguar stem.
That's amazing! I really like the tight geometry of this frame, not sure if it's similar to other french frames. Would love to see what you're working on 👌🏻
