LESS PEG & CREASE MARKS
Fewer. Lakeland soft grip ones are OK—I see they sell “hegs” too. And a peg musette:

Nice but pricey, perfect for old kents on here...

On a phone and with middle aged eyesight I had to double take, I thought that was a Keith Haring musette

Seconded.
Wooden pegs always - better grip, cheaper, don’t degrade with prolonged sun exposure. -

don’t degrade with prolonged sun exposure.
They do actually, and they rot away in humidity... My quest for the perfect peg culminated with the Hegs, stainless steel pegs are great but get way too hot in the Queensland summer... Different use case for you guys, obvs, get a tumble drier instead... ☔

Yeah but they're not plastic and hard no to a drier. Must be the most energy inefficient thing in a modern house.

I would have no problem with some dolly pegs, just chuck 'em on the mulch pile when they snap...

I have many pairs of cargo shorts. Mind you, I don't buy my own clothes any more - my partner decides when I'm starting to look too scruffy and dresses me.

I was unnecessarily chuffed that I managed to cut the grass yesterday before the downpour. Still am. Did it wearing green garden crocs too.

Me too, but in Merrell sandals. Also trimmed the old guy next door's bushes, so victorious and virtuous.

I'd changed 'elderly neighbour' to 'old guy' to try to swerve that response. There's no escape.

Phil Cavell of Cyclefit has just brought out a book "The Midlife Cyclist". I was pleased to see that it is, appropriately, in a large font.
Yep that's it!
Drying herbs i see :)
