I am not fully vegan yet; trying my best.

Started making seitan at home; made fully vegan seitan tikka masala today. Its great!

Brilliant. I'm the same keep trying and definatly reduced my animal products. But slip every now and again. My wife did the school night fried chicken and have a load of the seitan left tikka masala is a great shout to use it up. 👍 Ta for inspiration
