Have a look at Timex, they do some nice vintage inspired watches, quartz version is 11.5mm tall, automatic is 14.5mm. The automatic is £250 and quartz is £150.

Spinnaker also do a bunch of vintage inspired watches for a good price, although I've not seen any in real life.
