And why not. It's the sort of shit I'd do if i was a massively rich layabout who lived in multiple castles.
If anything it shows a bit of a lack of ambition. I'm thinking a hovercraft version. Or half-track. -

Sounds like he was painstaking about it, for 16 years. However due to Covid it will now only drive him a few miles rather than the 30 it was designed to do. What use there is for it after I don't know.
