Depends on how old you are.

As a kid it was far more scary than Dr Who could ever be. And Dad loved it because of Joanna Lumley.

I liked it. I was maybe 8/9 years old, so I liked almost everything, but it scared the crap out of me on a couple of occasions and was weird and a bit unsettling the rest of the time...

Yeah, I actually have it still on my Plex server. The 'Special Effects' are shit but it is of it's time.

The stories themselves were pretty good.
