Big learning from riding in North York Moors, your average speed takes a huge hit as all the descents are too technical to descend quickly.
I can't think of too many technical descents on the Devon/ Northbound Cornwall section.
I mean, in Devon, there are a couple of corners where I get a bit sweaty palmed at 50kph, but then I'm an anxious descender anyway.
