My club is looking to order high-viz vesta that are PBP compliant. Does anyone know of a good alternative? I personally think it would be nice if it doubled as a wind gilet.

The issue for compliance of the vest is with the EN 1150 or EN ISO 20471 hi-viz standards.

I like the look of the ones posted by @Kurai, which have the reflective panelling low down on the rear, unlike the non-compliant Rapha ones which point uselessly to the sky.

It's complicated, as even the official PBP gilets aren't fully compliant with the hi-viz standards, application of this is pretty Gallic. My aborted solution to this for TCR07 was to take a good fitting gilet and stitch 50mm wide reflective tape onto it, before giving up & just taking the PBP one.
