have friends trying to buy in Easton atm. prices are rising so fast! crazy as it was (still is a bit) quite stabby
also wtf is with that trip hazard between the patio and the grass? love what they have done with the garden though

Still!? I would have thought the Easton bubble would burst now people can't be seen at the Green-wank or no.12 or whatever it was called. My old road was amongst the highest value rises in the country in 2018 apparently #golfclub. Not sure why as it was basically a dog turd lined drag strip.

^ used to live in an ex council flat in Sheffield and had the odd ped ride past the front door in the early hours (was 20m back from the road), worlds apart from the these flats which looked nice
