probably export as kml, go to gpsvisualizer and convert to gpx, import to your edge.
on a pc on google my maps, stick all the points on a map as markers, then export the whole lot as a kml file and convert to gpx
for example,

If I've found a place (say a cafe) on Google Maps on an Android phone, what's the best way to get it as a Location to my Garmin Edge 830?
Or using a PC, if that's easier. Trying to stick cafes in for an audax, and trying to locate them on the Edge itself is painful.
