18 inch centre to top. 1 inch steerer - 1993 frame. Fork from thereabouts too.

Will include a period-appropriate long (12cm ish) + 17degree quill stem too (25.4 bars) for £2.50 extra.

Edit: I'm on about the Rockhopper. Sorry @jtfh! (Though I suspect at 5'2" your partner is probably best off with a 16" frame)
