I just 'worry' about suspension on cargo bikes, I think its unnecessary in London. More than the weight its the service thats daunting and expensive and can take long (bike out of action).

Also with R&M, you HAVE to ride it with assist, they are so overbuilt and heavy that if you are out of battery you are pretty much fucked. This one is 38kg+.

The only word of caution I have for you is that warranties for R&Ms aren't transferable and that also excludes you from taking advantage of it should you need to replace any of the Bosch components.
