  • With the gyms opening I think I’d like to start going again soon.

    Does anyone have any recommendations on a full body routine for strength/muscle building I could do twice a week? I’ve looked online and am confused at the amount of different stuff that is out there. I’m very much a beginner so would need something fairly straight forward. I can only do two days as I run the other days and have a little one so can’t fit much in.

  • Stronger by Science 21 free programs. Begginer 2x bench + begginer 2x squat + begginer 1x deadlift. It's a good simple program that you can run for 6 months.
