Have messaged you directly. I'm looking for info about a bike I bought from Ivor Clark Cycles about 40 years ago. It's an Elswick Targa. But I can't find anything about the Targa model - maybe a very short production run / rare model? It has the shop transfer on it (though they were in Harefield at the time of purchase).
