• First time trying to cook chicken tikka 'tandoor' style in the kamado. My skewers were a bit small so it was a bit of pain to try and balance everything but the end result was amazing.

  • Looks amazing.....
    Seared then slow cooked a half leg of lamb on the bbq today.
    Marinaded with Harissa, garlic and lemon juice.
