If you can't find anything secondhand, I had a pair of these on a bike and they were surprisingly good for £17, quite a good shape. The horrendous graphics come off really easily with a bit of nail polish remover as well.

Edit: I didn't read your description properly, those bars have a slight rise to them rather than being totally flat.

After some cheap wide flat bars or slight risers. 31.8 and accompanying stem 1 1/8” can pick up locally south of the river!
