WTB 52-54/medium road frame

Tempted with a new project, so wondered what people have knocking about.

Interested in a good quality road frameset; I'm roughly a medium, 52-54 - looking for a reach in the high 370s to low 380s, standover not more than 780.

I'm material agnostic. Disc strongly preferred, but I could be tempted by rim for something really special.

Not desperate but if there's anything interesting out there...

I have 2x Genesis Equilibrium framesets for sale in the classifieds and a Cotic Escapade frameset. Both 'small' in their brand sizing but at the larger end of small if you were surveying all brands. Cotic is 538mm top tube, Genesis(s) are 542mm I think. Both have stack in the 560s, reach in the 370s.

The Genesis will take 28s with guards easily ( I've used 30s) and 30 plus without. I have various components to help with a build. PM if you're interested in frames and let me know if you need any parts
