• Yes you can.
    I've never tried, so I'm 100% sure of the specifics, but...
    Front you have a bolt on the top of the fork where a rim brake would normally go. There are also holes towards the bottom of the fork for guards.
    Rear, there is a bridge across the stays (rear rim brake mount area) where you can mount, you can see it in the first picture I posted. And I think there is a bolt hole where the chainstays join to the bottom bracket.
