Donnelly bought them but they're not a big company and based in the USA so not the easiest to find over here

Donnelly was always the company but they chose to launch with the Clement name. They had it under licence but when thst licence ran out, they reverted to Donnelly.

Ah. Cheers, gents. Much appreciated.

Anyone got some WTB Byways or anything similar for sale... 700c 40-45 Tan walls would be good
-
• #8085
Any initial thoughts on these? Have you got them set tubeless or with tubes?
-
• #8086
Good vfm and not many punctures, but the LGG and USH I tried did feel slightly leaden. I've changed to Schwalbe g-ones and much prefer.

The tread peeled off mine... luckily the bike was nicked before they got too bad and I crashed

Pirelli P Zero - how does the width come up?
The rims I use are 22mm internal width. My 25mm GP5000's balloon up to 29mm on these rims, leaving very little clearance - can I expect the same with 25mm Pirelli's? -
• #8089
Yeah pretty much, possibly even larger. They have released a new version though which is sized up on 19mm rims so the new 26mm Pirelli (replaced the 25mm version) will probably fit ok

Hi @Johnnyw75 I've got a set of barely used Pirelli Cinturato gravel h (ie harder surface). Might be good for you. Have a sale post in classifieds, looking for £50 (+ can post). They're 700c 45mm tan wall.

I'm trying to decide between Panaracer Pasela or Gravel King SS in 700x28 to run on Open Pro rims. Anyone got feedback on wear, reliability and actual sizing?
-
• #8094
I’ve got 28 paselas, they seem to come up a bit smaller than the advertised size.
Seem to be holding up ok wear wise, and touch wood no punctures yet.
They feel ok and are quite handy for any small gravelly sections.
-
• #8095
The answer is always Pasela, come up true to size on a 19mm internal width rim.
-
• #8096
Agreed. They’re not tubeless but they are rather nice. Good grip, wear, and resilience
-
• #8097
Apologies for the age old question but I can't find the answer. Are Pasela's the most skid friendly/durable/cheap gum wall tyre?
-
• #8098
Yeah i reckon. I've had the pt and tg versions. No skids but a couple of Winters commuting on bad roads with litter wear and zero punctures. Didn't rate gatorskins at all

Has anyone had any success glueing the tread back on to gumwall Vittoria Corsa G+?
Got a bike that's been stored over winter and got it out to bits of the tread coming up at the sides, maybe someone knows a glue that will help?
Anyone know what's happened to Clement tyres? I can't find anyone that does the tan wall Clement Strada LGG in the UK anymore.
